Description : A great thing has happened for C++ programmers in the form of the Dev - C++ IDE from
bloodshed Software.

This is a very powerful piece of software with all of the features you would expect from a quality programming tool.
IMO (in my opinion) The only thing missing is a Win32 Resource editor.
Dev - C++ is free to download and use, as its being developed under the GNU licence :-)
